protocol don't passtrough protocols (stp etc..)

ii have a problem with my setup.
Hi receive a packet with data with dest mac/protocol 0x00,0x0b,0x0c,0x0d,0x0e.
the cisco device don't pass the traffic.
what the problem ?

From what frame fields are these values?

Can you perhaps post a Wireshark capture showing the frames that are not passed further by the switch?
