Pushing IOS firmware to 2960X from a Windows desktop

Hello

I'm looking for explicit instructions on pushing the latest firmware for a 2960X from WinSCP or tftp server on desktop to the flash: of a 2960X.

I just don't know the Cisco command to push or pull the firmware. I normally use WinSCP on Nexus switches, very easy. But this is my first 2960X.
