Hello,
We're experiencing a bizar problem with pxe booting a windows 2016 server from a hyper-v environment.
We are not getting any IP address from the DHCP server, but when booting normal into the windows os the DHCP server does gives the server an IP address...
The DHCP server is also a windows server an on another vlan.
The PXE server is on the same vlan 115 as de server that needs to pxe boot.
There are DHCP relay server(s) configured on the vlan 115 where the windows server that needs to pxe boot.
There are 2 Cisco Nexus switches that are providing redundant connection.
Below is the version and some configuration.

Not 100% clear on your setup.
Is your booting VM expected to go to your Windows DHCP server on another subnet to get it's initial address and boot loader options?
Or is there another DHCP instance which you have called the PXE server in the same subnet which should handle the initial configuration?
Have you done a packet capture to see if your the DHCPDiscover is making it to your DHCP server and responses sent back?

Hello,
Yes the booting VM is expected to go to the Windows DHCP server on another subnet to get it's initial IP address and bootloader options and then download the image from the PXE server (Citrix Provisioning) on the same subnet.
I've also tried with the DHCP service enabled (and al the specifics configured) on the PXE server in the same subnet, but it won't work.
Haven't done a capture yet. I suppose you're reffering to a wireshark capture on the DHCP server?
