This might be answered better in https://learningnetwork.cisco.com/welcome, however Q in Q is basically a frame with two VLAN tag headers.  It's often used with L2 MetroE providers.  It allows the provider to have their own VLANs distinct from customer VLANs running across their network.  For example, on the MetroE provider network VLAN 5 contains all customer X's traffic while VLAN 6 contains all customer Y's traffic, yet both customer X and customer Y are using many VLANs, possibly including VLANs 5 and/or 6.

I also wanted to know what are the prerequestists should be available in your device to support this. As ISP is providing Ethnert and they said you have to use Q in Q protocol as cant configure the Ethernets with portchannels as its coming with diff providers.

Can someone please guide. what are the prerequestist or devices support needed to support Q in Q protocol

As I recall (? - but it's been years), you just hand off "normal" tagged frames to the service provider.  It's they who need Q-in-Q support.  Whether equipment supports Q-in-Q is up to the equipment.  If you need it, you would need to use equipment that's known to support it.
