Hi,

On this model,  if you use both method:

  • Port based configuration using the mls qos interface based commands   OR
  • MQC based configuration using class-map and policy-map

Which of these is applied to the interface?  I know from other catalyst switches when you configure the port with the service-policy input <policy-map-name> command, it removes the mls qos trust cos command automatically but not on this model.

Config details below:

GigabitEthernet1/0/6

Attached policy-map for Ingress: POL-MAP

trust state: trust cos

trust mode: trust cos

trust enabled flag: ena

COS override: dis

default COS: 0

DSCP Mutation Map: Default DSCP Mutation Map

Trust device: cisco-phone

qos mode: port-based

interface GigabitEthernet1/0/6

switchport access vlan 107

 switchport mode access

 switchport nonegotiate

 switchport voice vlan 207

 no logging event link-status

 no logging event power-inline-status

 srr-queue bandwidth share 1 30 35 5

 priority-queue out

mls qos trust device cisco-phone

 mls qos trust cos

 dot1x pae authenticator

 spanning-tree portfast

 spanning-tree bpduguard enable

 service-policy input POL-MAP

Thank you in advance.
