QPM - Internal Error ??

I deployed a job, comes back with 'COnfiguration error' and QPM internal error. Theres no other detail. How can I debug it ? What could be the reason ? The config generated includes :

permit 6 any any eq 1352 ..This is wrong syntax ??

QPM is generating wrong syntax for the permit command.. 'Permit 6 ...' where 6 should be 'tcp' or 'udp'.
