"Command Rejected port te1/1/1 is in over subscription mode.--- VSS Link issue

Hi

I have 2 cisco 6509 chassis .I need to make 40 gig Vslink between them .

I have take two 10 gig interface from supervisor ten 1/5/1 and ten 1/5/2 and 2 interfaces from x6816 line card(port ten 1/1/1 and ten 1/1/2.When i add line card 10 gig interfaces to port channel 1 .I am getting error

"Command Rejected port te1/1/1 is in over subscription mode.

I  have add a small diagram for better understanding.I need to make 40 gig vslink so kindly let me know how i will add other two interface line card WS-X6816-10G-2T

By default the ports are in 4:1 over subscription mode.You can turn it off for the entire blade in which only ports 1,5,9 and 13 can be used, or for a single port group.

For the entire blade the command is:

no hw-module switch (#) slot (#) oversubscription

For a group:

"no hw-module switch (#) slot (#) oversubscription port-group (#)

Can i use one port from one port-group and other port from another port in same port channel

ten 1/1/1

channel-group 1

ten 1/1/5

channel group 1

That shouldn't be an issue.
