RESET THE PASSWORD FOR RVS4000

Hi guys I have a router RVS4000 and need to reset the password but I need to keep the actual configuration, "IS VERY IMPORT", the guy that use to handle the network pass away and unfortunately he don't left any notes about it. is there anyway to do it?

Carlos,

To my knowledge, the only way to reset the password on this device is to factory reset the router. I don't know of any way to retain the configuration. I'm assuming you have tried the default username/password?
