Yes, the erase startup-config will delete the stored configuration file and the delete flash:vlan.dat erases the vlan database. After issuing these commands you have to reboot the switch without saving the current configuration and the switch should reboot with a blank configuration.
you can also do hard resetting which will erase all ur config.
1.Hold ur button in setup button
2. Remove the plug /switch off & on again
3. hold the button till it comes back (LED glow)
now it will load with factory config
