whay the below msg means?and what is the reason for that?

Hello Ibrahim,

Please check if service internal is configured.

If so, configure "no service internal".

Typically, the message simply means that a RMON statistics register has been wrapped around.
This is not an error message. It is an informational message with no impact on the switch.

service internal normally is configured by TAC to run some troubleshooting commands. There is no reason to have it configured unless TAC is actively troubleshooting an issue on your network.
