im trying to use policy-map  to virtutaltemplate interface that is the global interface for the vpdn users :

This policy is applied inbound - What are you wanting to achieve matching on the related DSCP values?

Policing is performed on  ingress traffic - inbound

Shaping is performed on egress traffic  -  outbound

ive appliued it on the outbound  direction ,

sorry it was a forgotten ,

agian ,

the direction is  out  ,
