Sfp compatibility between finisar and Cisco.

currently we have nutanix servers with finisar Sfp it’s a multi mode Sfp and it’s shall be connected to Cisco switch 9200 10 g SR.I gave the command service and error disable but still port is not coming up between switch and server kindly suggest how to make the port up

First, does the 9200 support 10 Gbps optics? 

Next, if the 9200 has a 10 Gbps optics attached, is the optics in the Nutanix server a 10 Gbps optics as well? 

Finally, are both optics have the same wavelength?
