SFP GLC-SX-MMD isn't working on WS-C3650-48TD

Hey, i have new one GLC-SX-MMD and i plug in to cisco 3650. Port read sfp, and when i plug multi-mod optic wire, port gone to UP state. Main switch detected 3650 on end of line, but comand "show mac address-table interface Gi1/1/1"on 3650 is still return empty table.

what is the 3650 connected to, that is, which device is on the other end ? Post the output of 'show interfaces x' of both sides...

There is a ton, nay, a boatload of IOS-XE bugs about 3650/3850 and SFP.  

Take a pick:  CSCuv60283, CSCvc47165, CSCut87886, CSCuj31712, CSCvc26787, CSCut94443.

There's a few more but I'm tired and lazy to search for more.

"Configure "speed nonegotiate" on SFP Port", didn't help for me; i try upgrade software to lastes version something like "3.7.5E", thanks for sugiestion.
