SG100-16 Orange LED Link ACT with no device plugged in

Hi,

I recently purchased a Cisco SG100-16 un-managed switch and have plugged in my NBN modem into port 16 and it has a green Link LED, I have also plugged in all Ethernet cables into the remaining 15 ports (none of these have devices connected), on all but 2 of the ports the link led is solid orange.

Can someone please let me know what this means, all cables have been tested and passed, the 2 ports that do not have orange LED have short Ethernet cables plugged in under 1 meter.

Any suggestions

- When the ports are connected issue show logging on the switch , you may get more info as to what happens.
