sg200 50 keeps going back to factory default configuration upon power loss

I have a sg200 50 which keeps going back to factory default configuration upon power loss.  This is a serious problem since th factory default configuration conflicts with the sites firewall/Router and has cost me several trips to set it backup.

Any solution for this?  or do i need to RMA the switch.  It is a SLM2048T-NA specifically.

sorry if this is not the proper place to post this but it seems there is no other way to get support, like it's top secrete how to access tech support.

I would go for a RMA right away; it's pretty nasty to distress your network in such a way..
