SG220-26 Smart Switch - POE menu item missing in web browser under Port Management heading

Hi,

I'd like to configure the POE capabilities of an SG220-26 Smart Switch as per the administrative guide. The obstacle faced is that the POE Menu under Port Management in the web browser doesn't appear. (Refer to attached screen shot)

How might this issue be overcome?

Right side of attached screenshot was found at a Cisco webpage titled "Configure Time-Based PoE on the Cisco 220 Series Smart Plus Switches". Left side of attached screen shot is what is seen from the switch web browser.

What model switch is this? It may very well just not be a PoE capable switch

Hi.

It's an SG220-26. The model number does not end in 'P' which explains why there is no POE menu (e.g. SG220-26P has PoE). Thanks Tyson.

The supplier listed this model online as a PoE switch.
