Hello buddies,

There are some Switches SG220-50 on my network and since when I installed them, I get packet loss when ping to the their management interface.

If you ping to a device connected to the any port of the Switch  at the same time there is no packet lost while you can see a packet lost on the management interface.

Do anybody had the same issue ? What could I do to solve it  ?

Many Thanks in advance.

There is a good conversation about it on an other topic: https://community.cisco.com/t5/switching/packet-loss-in-vlan1/td-p/3762712

Maybe it is about the DTP or LLDP.

I hope that it can help you.

Hello,

in addition to the other post, make sure you are running the latest firmware release on your switch, which currently is release 1.1.4.1
