SG350 SVI data value 0 when grapping

Hi guys,

Anyone got an idea how to graph sg350 intervlan? . My setup is i have multiple clients with gateway pointing on my svi and i need to monitored their traffic usage, i have tried cacti, prtg, and even stg but value is always zero not NAN but 0. I got no problem graphing traffic on physical ports on SG switches only on svi. i also tried if i can enable counter ipv4 under int vlan x but no options on enabling it.

i only encounter this issue on SG3XX switches i have 3850 switch and graphing on svi is no issue. please let me know if you have suggestion it will really help thanks.

Hi there,

Sounds like the 350X uses a different SNMP MIB than the standard IOS MIB.

Are you able to enumerate all of the SG350X interfaces in Cacti? If so, at least the OID index for interfaces is correct. It is just the OID variable value for RX/ TX that is incorrect.

You can download the SNMP MIB file for the SG350X, I suggest reading it to determine the correct OID value, from there you will need to create a new data query/ template in cacti.

Cheers,

Seb.
