Re: SG500 upgrade old boot code

I have an SG500 with boot code 1.3.0.03 and firmware 1.3.7.18. I am trying to upgrade the boot code but the tftp error says tftp server aborted file not found.

I have tried to do boot code 1.3.0.62, 1.3.5.58, 1.3.7.18 all fail. I have tried reimaging firmware 1.3.7.18 and that did not work. What else can I try?

- Depends , which tftp server-type (platform) are you using ? Also check the tftp server's logs for more info (if any).

Yea, it was weird, I figured out that the switch would not talk to my subnet but would talk to the server subnet. I don't think I have ACLs in place but I will be checking.
