We have an SLM248G switch which seems to be giving a few problems. When attempting to access the switch, the admin page loads but after logging-in, the admin portal page does not load fully, see screenshot.
Even after a factory reset (reset button held), the issue continues. Is there any other workaround for completely resetting everything?

Hi,
It happens when you connect through netwrok? Try connect direct with cable setting IP with same subnet and subnet mask. If it doesn't help try from another browser or another PC.

Hi ASA, the slm model looks like an older switch. You may need to use a window XP box or something like IE7. May also recommend to use a different browser such as Mozilla Firefox.
