Hi all,
I got questioned from my friend that his customer neet to connect new system (UNIX with TCP/IP) back to existing system running SNA. Are there any possible solution for such this conversion? is it able to be supported by Cisco gears?
Thanks.

We would need to know a bit more about what the environment is and what the requirements really are to be able to answer this question well. There are several possibilities that might be considered.
It is possible to encapsulate SNA traffic and to transport it over an IP network using technologies like DLSW or STUN. But I do not think that this is what your friend is asking about.
It is possible to run an application on the IP host that will emulate an SNA device and allow the IP host to communicate with the SNA host (applications like TN3270).
And on many IBM hosts today it is possible to run an IP stack and communicate directly with IP hosts.
Cisco equipment supports all of these alternatives.

It's quite right on your answer. more details diagram noted below.
Solaris -- Router -- firewall -- Router -- SNA
So in this scenario I'm thinking about Microsoft Host Integration Server instead of putting another IBM with TCP/IP.
Soralis -- Router -- Firewall -- Router -- HIS -- SNA
instead of
Solaris -- Router -- Firewall -- Router -- IBM -- SNA
Any ideas?
