SNMP Monitoring switch port status

I would like to monitor via snmp v2c (with centreon) all ports (Twe1/0/x) of a C9500_48Y4C switch (Stackwise),

but I can't find the proper OID (OperStatus). I tried Cisco MIB locator without success.

How to proceed in order to identify the correct MIB and specific OID ?

snmpget/snmpwalk (from linux) prints out the complete set of OIDs (iso.3.6....) but

without name (only numeric values).
