SNMPv2 and v3

Hi need help to configure SNMP in cisco switch 550x 48 ,switch ip is 192.168.132.4 and probe ip 172.10.16.8  , can anyon share configuration for this. is ACL need to configure for port 161 for snmp.?

Also your post title is snmpv2 or v3 which one you want to use?

Snmpv2 is easy config 

Snmpv3 is more secure
