SNMPv3 server Community?

What exactly is the Community configuration still needed for if you configure SNMP user? Is it just good if you have a group you want to set RO permissions only for? Wouln't Views be better?

The SNMP can be configured as RO or RW.

Great! Lets say you are configuring devices for SNMP to be polled to Solarwinds and there are already existing devices in Solarwinds. Can you configure additional devices using different SNMPv3 parameters such as without using communities (only group, user, view, etc.)? Basically I don't want to remove what exisits in Solarwinds, just want to improve configurations of devices that are already being polled (change username, password, etc.) or fix them if they are not even polling correct.
