I'm looking for the software name/version number and firmware name/version number for WS-C2960S-24TS-L and GLC-LH-SMD.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You could use the firmware "c2960s-universalk9-tar.122-55.SE8.tar". For some more features you could use "c2960s-universalk9-tar.150-2.SE6.tar".

For 2960S, 15.0(2)SE4 is far more stable than any 15.X versions. Alternatively, you can use IOS version 12.2(55)SE9 will similar stability performance as 15.0(2)SE4.
