Software Upgrade

Hello Team

presently i am using sup-bootdisk:s72033-ipservices_wan-vz.122-18.SXF7.bin software on my 6509-E switch with Su 720-3B (MSFC3)...This ios is having the BUG CSCsh06605  and the bug is addressed in release 12.2(33)SXH.

Now for this upgrade can i directly go ahaed with this release or any intermediate release is required.

Secondly the current software is IP servcies (Modular) so during upgarde can i directly go ahaed with IP services or i have to upgarde only with IP services Modular.

We have 9 diffent versions available under 12.2(33)SXH and few ios versions are with Elevated Status..which is the best version to go ahaed with...

I did an upgrade similar to yours (to 12.2(33)SXH) recently.

1) You can go directly to 12.2(33)SXH or higher, no intermediate release required.

2) You should be fine going with IP Services.

3) Whichever you prefer.

Honestly, if you can go to a newer stable version of 12.2(33), then go as recent as you like. I'm sure there is something newer and more stable than 12.2(33)SXH at this time.
