Span : Souce-Fiber Port , Destination:Fiber Port

I tried to span a fiber port to another

fiber port on the same 6509

But i can not see any traffic on the Span

Port .

Please help . Thanks.

Hi,

Kindly provide the configuration that you have done for port mirroring.

Also provide the output of the command "show monitor session all".

Are these ports are the uplink/trunk ports?

Sorry,I donot have these configuration.

Source is Uplink Port that Connecting To Another S.W's Fiber Port.

Destination Port Connects To a Conventer and using UTP cable Connects TO a NoteBook.

The NoteBook Using Ethereal To Span these Packets.

The Result is only see like STP/UDP Packets but can not see any TCP Traffic on the NoteBook.
