Does a normal STP can enable portfast, uplink fast and backbone fast or it is enabled only in RSTP.

In RSTP is these features enabled by default?

In RSTP, Portfast ports are called edge ports and the way to activate them is with the same command as in STP.

In RSTP, both Uplink Fast and Backbone Fast are mechanisms that are included, but, as @Reza Sharifi  says, the ports that will have these characteristics must be specified.

Correct. they are part of RSTP but you have to enable them.
