Splash Access on switch level

Hello,

Is it possible to activate and configure Splash pages on Switch level (based on VLANS)?

So any device that connects to the network via wire will see the captive portal

You need mx for that (L3 vlan on mx)

As @jdb1 correctly mentioned, not natively. But if you have the strict business requirement to do this, you could achieve this with the Cisco ISE. But if you have a RADIUS server like the ISE, implementing 802.1X is always the better option.
