I have a 4500 switch in a VSS pair, that when I ssh to other directly connected switches (Nexus 9k in VPC pairs) from it the CLI is very slow meaning takes couple seconds to respond to keyboard commands. On the 2x 4500 VSS pair, I have Po10 on all ports for both devices going to Nexus 9k Core 1 (Po20 on Core1) and Po11 on both 4500s going to Core 2 (Po21 on Core 2). I can't seem to figure out why it may be slow.
I see anywhere from 2 to 18 output drops on the port-channel interfaces connecting to the Cores.
Also I see the following CPU utilization:
