Stack switch 9200 problem modules C9200-NM-4X

I have a stack of 6 switches 9200, and all of them have 10GB fiber modules (C9200-NM-4X) installed. Unfortunately, they are not working in all switches, and the only difference between these switches is a different H/W version. Could this be the cause?

The modules are not working on switches 2, 3, and 6. When I swap the module from, for example, switch 2 to switch 1, everything works fine.

What firmware is the stack running on?

I recommend upgrading to 17.9.3 and try again.
