currently i have fc1/15, fc1/16...fc1/19 with switch port mode NP in my switch a , if i use sh cdp neighbor, i can't find the storage switch connected, how to identify storage switch connected and the port name connected to NP port (fc1/15...)

It depends on the storage vendor. I think cdp works only with NetApp storage devices.
