STP to RSTP

Hi everyone,

Currently, our switch network using STP. At the core layer, we use two C4506 switches with HSRP. Now, we would like to change from STP to RSTP for more faster convergence time. We would like to know if there any impact or any precautions before we do? Thanks everyone.

There shouldn't be any impact, the only thing that you can experience is a short outage or session drop if the design is ok,

I would use the console to change the stp mode in case.
