Please can someone tell me meaning of each line.

i just did nslookup loog009 (hostname) it is showing any other ip address
but when i checked user machine he is getting ip from dhcp getting other ip address
how it is possible...

Only 1 sup can be active at a time , check show mod it will tell you whats active in what slot

layer 2 vlan is a vlan added just to the layer 2 database , klayer 3 vlan is an vlan interface interface vlan x

its the way the OSI layers work in order from layer 1 -7 , vlans exist at layer 2 and 3 , the layer 3 breaks the broadcast domain stops unnecessary flooding

basically because you have too, layer 3 vlan wont work if there is no layer 2 , its the way the OSI layers work

and suppose i am using L3 switch and don create L2 vlan only Layer 3 vlan i create., here it will not work... ?

That's not possible if you only create a layer 3 vlan it will either automatically create it at layer 2 or it will not come up/up at all until layer 2 is in place
