show log has following in STANDBY NMP
in VRAM log
01. 1/6/2009,15:59:16: lyra_ft_par_err_intr_hdlr: LKUPRAM, addr x170d1, data 3fb-0-0-0
02. 1/6/2009,15:59:16: lyra_ft_par_err_intr_hdlr: LKUPRAM, addr x170d1, data 103fb-6d64c-cda50020-10000093
Also I see the
24. 1/6/2009,15:28:46: ha_module_swover_action:Module:1, action: 5 (1-5:N,A,P,C,R), reason:6

yra_ft_par_err_intr_hdlr: LKUPRAM
Forwarding Table Parity error (ft_par_err) is printed when parity error
detected in forwarding RAM. It also prints the address of the location in
the RAM which caused the parity error and also the data.
see the multiple iterations of "show l2 statistics" and look for counter "LYRA_PAR_CNT" you'll be able
to see whether this is a transient condition, if the counter is not incrementing then it is a transient condition. Lyra is part of the PFC2 complex. However, if this occurs again then obviously it is not transient and you should arrange to get it replaced.
