Hi Matt,
Only one software license for each feature set is required per chassis i.e. a chassis with redundant Supervisor Engines does NOT require two licenses. The license file is mirrored on both supervisor modules. Even if both supervisor modules fail, the license file continues to function from the version that is available on the chassis.
Only module-based licenses require one license installed per module that uses a licensed feature eg. SAN Extension over IP. The Adv IP Serv license is per chassis.
