SW3560 cannot work after connected to 4500

Hi  After switch 3560 is connected to sw4500 as trunk, the 3560 was up and down. After adding command "power inline never" at trunk port, the 3560 can be connected to 4500. the up and down stop, and the trunk is up. But all other ports in 3560 cannot work and remain yellow status when PC is plunged into to switch port. Thank you

Hi,

Can you make sure to apply the "power inline never" command only to the trunk port and not globally? 

Are you connecting these switches together using copper?  Usually, the fiber ports are for uplink to other switches.

The 3560 switch are only 10/100 compatible if im not mistaken, do you have those puts set to auto-negotiate or hard coded?

Can you post the the running-config of the switch and also.
