Hi R&S Experts,

I had fail to upgrade the C3850 switch and got the looping BOOT FAIL once power on.

I am sure couldn't enter rommon mode.

Any method to make it work back? I have the same of working C3850 switch? Can I clone the flash from normal C3850 to failed C3850?

<Keep on loop the BOOT FAIL>

No, it does not.  Read it properly:  Cisco Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty

Read it.  Understand it.  Know what you're entitled to.

Yes, lifetime HW warranty, that mean I have to pay & renew the maintenance, right? Then I can make grab RMA.

Where did you see this?

I have been RMA-ing switches using Cisco Enhanced Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty without paying anything.

Please take the time to read the T&C.

So this is a "no" to reading the T&C for the Limited Lifetime Hardware Warranty?

Dear Leo,

May I know the 2960 switches also is Lifetime Hardware Warranty?

What is the last day for RMA? Is it according to Last Date of Support HW for RMA?

What exact model of the 2960?

2960/2960G, 2960+, 2960L, 2960S, 2960X/XR?  Which ones?

Actually, I have better idea:  Cisco Device Coverage Checker
