Cat4k Mgmt LoPri is going high. This can be related to the traffic on the switch.
track Mac movements "Mac address-table notification Mac-move" and see if there are any Mac-moves in the logs. Along with that let me take a look at the following outputs captured multiple times:
show platform health
show platform cpu packet statistics all
show span detail
