switch capabilities

We have a common test platform that we use to test radio products. These products have Ethernet capabilities that need to be tested. We need to have a gigabit Ethernet interface. I have a ws-c2960+24tc-s router. The data sheet is very confusing as I am a novice at all things Ethernet. Can I ever expect to have ports 1-24 support a gigabit Ethernet interface? Configuration settings.....?

That is quite an old FastEthernet switch.  It has a couple of Gigabit uplinks, but that is it.  You do not have a 24 port Gigabit switch.

I have a ws-c2960+24tc-s router.

This is a non-PoE port with 24 FastEthernet ports & two dual-personality uplink ports.
