that log only contains start up information nothing that indicates why it failed unfortunatly
You should be able to roll back to 1.4.1.03 no problem theres no upgarde path between them , if the issue still persists after that you may have to look at replacing the hardware if its under support board may have an issue and its resetting itself to recover from malfunction
out of interest is it at a specific time each night ? have you checked the usual before changing software the electrical connections going to the switch or moved it to another section to make sure its not that , or that no one is disconnecting it by accident each night i.e cleaners , sometimes it can have nothing to do with teh switch itself or cehck if its on ups thats not interfering with it somehow

Hi
If you have contract or warranty you should open a case with the Cisco TAC to verify this unusual situation.

I understand, they usually send a new switch and once it is received you send the failed one. They could create the RMA process for this switch. This situation is not usual it looks like a kind of bug or it could be a problem with hardware.
