1. Read the Release Notes carefully;
2. Copy the IOS to the primary supervisor card;
3. Copy the IOS to the secondary supervisor card;
4. Check and compare the MD5 hash value of the file in the primary and secondary supervisor card;
5. Check and confirm the config-registry value;
6. Change the boot variable string;
7. Save the config;
8. Reboot.
