Switch Prompt for username and password

I have configured a stack of 9300 switch and no local username and password has been configured.  I did not configure login local command on console.

Now i am trying to login from console and switch is asking for username and password as mentioned above i did configure any username and password. I tried default cisco/cisco and cisco/admin but its not working. 

How can i resolve this issue?

aaa authentication login default group RadiusServers local
aaa authorization exec default group RadiusServers local

 - Since you prioritize RadiusServers in the aaa  authentication and authorization lines : -> do you have an admin account available on Radius ?

Thank you for reply. I have recovered the password. I have also configured local login.
