1.48 numbers of 10/100/1000 base T COPPER PORTS ,24 NUMBERS OF 1000 BASE X SFP FIBER PORTS TO PLUG IN MULTIMODE OR SINGLE MODE FIBER TRANSCEIVERS.
SWITCHING PERFORMANCE.
1.THE CORE SWITCH SHOULD BE MODULAR/CHASSIS BASED WITH REDUNDANT POWER SUPPLIES.
2.THE SWITCHING ENGINE SHALL HAVE A SWITCHING SPEED OF AT LEAST 156 GBPS.
3.THE CORE SWITCH SHOULD HAVE A PERFORMANCE /THROUGHPUT OF AT LEAST 136 MBPS.
4.THE SWITCH SHOULD BE CAPABLE OF TAKING 10G PORTS BY ADDING CARDS/TRANSCEIVERS.

But if budget is a concern you can think of 4500 E series chassis

Hi Ramlal,
What you have posted are features and are not very much hardware dependent. Features are mostly software dependent and can be find in different feature set.
Cat6k is the top end model Cisco modular switch and will provide you most of the functionality you have posted. Cat4k also provide you basically most of the features you have posted depending on what hardware you have and if it supports le features.
Cat6k sup 720 with MSFC 3 will work nice and you can also go through the link I posted in my earlier post to find more details on hardware modules.
