Switch synchronization delay

We have a stack of IE 9320 switches as mentioned below:

1) IE-9320-26S2C

2) IE-9320-26S2C

3) IE-9320-24P4S

4) IE-9320-26S2C

All are in stack and in install mode and running IOS-XE 17.12.05

When we power cycle switch 3 and switch 4 in the stack, it is taking more time to come back up and synchronized. Is there a way to reduce the time.
