Please someone known if this switch suport services metro ethernet forum?

I need the switch tha do this:

     Ethernet Ports: 24 Ports SFP 100/1000

     Suport Services: MEF SERVICES

It is not a metro switch, see the models with MEF support here:

Because have 4500E and only 4500, whats this model follow MEF -9?

if you can choose among the two, better 4500E. Read that "E" like enhanced...

Depends what specific models and modules you're comparing.  4900 series is (practically) the applicance version of the 4500 series.

Also, I believe for 4500E you need Supervisor Engine 7-E or 6-E for metro support:
