Hello Dear,
How to stop the loop in the switches without enabling spanning-tree on the switches. Let's suppose there are 4 switches in the network and the requirement is NOT TO ENABLE SPANNING-TREE.

Depends on how you connect the switches. If you connect them in a chain ie.
SW1 -> SW2 -> SW3 -> SW4
then you have no issue and can leave STP disabled (altho i wouldn't).
If they are connected to form a square in effect ie.
SW1 -> SW2 -> SW3 -> SW4 -> SW1
then if all vlans are the same on all switches then one of the links would need to be L3 not L2.
