Hey guys i need your help
I have a topology using RSTP, where one switch is the root bridge with priority 0. There are two loops connected to this switch, but while ports 3 and 4 are up, ports 1 and 2 stay down. Could you please explain what’s wrong?
I’ve attached a screenshot from Packet Tracer (it's just a demo). What needs to be done to make both rings work properly?
Thanks!!!

Start with cables; wrong one are used, but mainly make sure ports are trunks (not access mode) and same vlans are present; STP works per vlan, each vlan has its own Root/Bridge switch; if u have 2 switches without matching vlan number/name, STP does not work (not kicking in) as it is not needed.
Note this is PT and it maybe a bit kinky; sometimes reloading the lab helps especailly if u have many devices and/or complex topology
