Does anyone know the thread size for the earth bonding terminals on rear of CISCO catalyst 3850 24T? It is not standard metric M4 too small, M5 too large. tried 2BA and still no joy.
I've discovered the correct screw as part number 48-2381-01 A0. needless to say I have found only one and need a handful so will approach CISCO to kindly request they send me some.
CISCO dont supply direct and I have yet to find out who our supplier is in UK. In the mean time I have been given info that the thread and size of Screw is 10-32 UNF 3/8" so I am hoping to get some from Amazon and see if they work.
