Is there anywhere I can find an example topology for a full business network?

Google it, You will find tons of samples.

I make my network Diagrams by using Microsoft Visio, I have a network Diagrams for each location. 

You can download any vendor stencils to draw topolgy.

yeah I've spent some time googling and trying to look for some. I've been studying networking and i want some full diagrams for like a full business to help me piece things together in my head. Do you have any recommendations for some?
